We use our annual survey to measure belonging and inclusion. Our Inclusion measure further breaks down into the sub-dimensions of Psychological Safety and Respect - and we divide Respect into "from your team", "from your people leader" and "from senior leadership".

We are in the process of leveraging Microsoft 360 tools (PowerApps, Forms, etc.) to automate employee experience surveys triggered by belonging and inclusion events ( i.e. 30, 60, 90 days of employment, promotions, and others. We roll those into an experience score which is dynamic.
