Diversity! How does your company talk about where they want to be for representation?

Hoping that others can share the wording they use internally to talk about where they have gaps between their current %s and where they hope to be. We're going around and around on terminology but have historically talked about "expectations". Anyone have anything different?

Hi - We rolled out three-year representation improvement targets for professional workforce in late 2021, then introduced a DEI Scorecard to monitor progress in February 2022. Targets are set by Senior Officer and only visible to the leader and a small group in HR. We worked with a consulting firm to determine appropriate targets for each segment. More recently we published the same DEI Scorecard views - excluding targets - within our Sustainability (Org Effectiveness) dashboard that is used by Senior Officers, their staff, and a broader set of HR professionals.
