Become a Member
Application for membership in the People Analytics Consortium is open to all organizations that are recognized for best practices in people analytics. Member companies should have a significant presence in the U.S. and Canada with a strong interest in proactively using analytics to make people related decisions.
Membership Requirements
- Workforce Size: Companies typically have 5,000 or more full-time, permanent employees with significant workforce presence in North America.
- A current and robust reporting process.
- Submission of annual employee data for benchmarking.
- Active participation in a People Analytics Consortium committee and attendance at the PAC annual meeting.
- Payment of annual PAC dues (currently $1,500).
- Uphold PAC’s ethical and confidentiality requirements.
Application Process
- Complete and submit the Contact Form. The PAC Membership Chair will schedule a phone conversation to discuss PAC and determine whether to proceed with a new member application.
- New member application will go to the PAC Executive Board for approval.
- Once approved, present information about your company, workgroup and company’s people analytics practices to the PAC membership via virtual conference.
