Board Members
Chair: Scott McGregor
Scott McGregor is the Vice President of Human Resources at Interior Logic Group, a Builder Services company. In this role, he leads the centralized HR function, with oversight of People Analytics, Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, HR Operations, Employee Relations, and Compliance. He is responsible for aligning talent strategy, workforce insights, and total rewards programs with the company’s operational and financial objectives, while ensuring scalable, compliant, and data-driven HR practices across the organization.
Prior to joining Interior Logic Group, Scott held progressive roles in people analytics and workforce strategy at General Motors, Fiat-Chrysler (now Stellantis), and Kelly Services. His background blends advanced analytics with practical HR leadership, enabling him to drive informed decision-making and organizational performance.
Scott holds an MBA from Oakland University, a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from Eastern Michigan University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Michigan. He now resides in Florida and enjoys traveling with his husband, exploring new destinations and spending time outdoors.
Vice Chair: Hayley Skulborstad
Hayley is the Lead Director of People Analytics at CVS Health, where she has responsibility for unlocking the power of colleague data to help the business solve problems, understand workforce dynamics, build strategic advantages, mitigate risks, and create ROI by conducting advanced statistical analysis and developing actionable insights to all areas across the enterprise.
She has over 15 years of experience in behavioral science research and data science and analytics. Her expertise revolves around helping organizations make data-driven decisions through leveraging her expertise at the intersections of data science, people analytics, marketing research and social psychology.
She earned her doctorate in Social Psychology with a concentration in Applied Statistics at Miami University.
Past Chair: Kara Breda
Kara is a Manager of Organizational Research at AbbVie with experience helping companies uncover insights on complex people issues with quantitative and qualitative methods. Her career has spanned multiple industries, including manufacturing, insurance, and retail. She specializes in retention/turnover, measurement consulting, sentiment design/analysis, and statistical modeling. Kara holds a PhD in Quantitative Research, Evaluation, and Measurement from The Ohio State University, a MA in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Xavier University, and a BA in Psychology from Michigan State University. In her free time she loves to go hiking with her family and crafting.
Secretary / Treasurer: Shirish Lamichhane
Shirish is a Senior Workforce Insights/Analytics Program Manager aligned with the TM&L/OE (Talent Management & Learning/Organizational Effectiveness) at Dow. In this role, Shirish is responsible for developing and leading programs in the areas of People Analytics, Workforce Insights, Skills Strategy, and Data Upskilling. He engages extensively with external research practitioners and internal stakeholders, bringing thought leadership and innovative solutions to address emerging opportunities in Talent Management and to drive value for Team Dow. He is actively involved in ERGs (Employee Resource Groups) and co-leads Membership Engagement Pillar for North America Asian Diversity Network (AND) ERG at Dow.
Shirish joined Dow in 2017 as a Senior Productivity & Analytics Engineer driving key maintenance initiatives through data visualization and advanced analytical techniques. He was later aligned with the Maintenance Tech Center, supporting global maintenance initiatives for which his project team was awarded the prestigious Dow Tech Center Award. He then assumed the role of Team Leader where he led a team of Industrial Engineers in developing analytical frameworks to support data-driven decision-making in Dow’s Projects Execution Expertise Center (PEEC)
Driven by his passion for problem-solving through data and the impact of Talent Analytics, Shirish transitioned to the Talent COE (Center of Expertise) team in 2022 as an Associate COE Consultant for Talent Analytics and Workforce Insights.
Prior to joining Dow as an experienced hire, Shirish worked at Baldwin Filters (a Parker Hannifin subsidiary) as an Industrial Engineer and Project Manager, responsible for product and process development projects. He is an ASQ-certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Louisiana Tech University and an M.S. in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Texas A&M University. A proud Aggie, Shirish enjoys reading, running, watching Aggie football, and traveling with his wife, Sumiti, and their son Ivaan (4).
Data Chair: Chad Douglas
Chad has been a member of PAC since 2019, and now serves as the Data Chair.
Chad is currently the Data Lead, Global Workforce Analytics at John Deere. With a strong focus on delivering workforce analytics solutions at scale, he has been critical to key global data projects to optimize workforce planning and inform global talent decisions. Chad holds a BS in Mathematics from Western Illinois University. He has worked at John Deere since 2007, and has over 14 years of experience in workforce planning and analytics.
Outside the people analytics space, Chad enjoys adventures with his wife and three daughters.
Marketing and Membership Chair: John Steudle
John Steudle is a Human Resources Senior Data Analytics Specialist at Cummins, based in the Chicago area, where he has spent the past 4+ years supporting people analytics work. In his current role, he focuses on data storytelling and visualization, along with improving data access and enablement so HR partners can make confident, informed decisions. Prior to joining the analytics team, John supported HR Operations in an HR shared services environment. Before Cummins, he worked with the Autism Alliance of Michigan, supporting neurodivergent job candidates in their employment journeys.
John holds a Master of Science in Human Resources and Labor Relations from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Business from Grand Valley State University. Outside of work, he can usually be found walking or running along the Lake Michigan lakeshore, spending time with friends and family, or creating through photography or piano.
Member at Large: Bruce Medler
Bruce started his career in Human Resources in 2011. He has worked in various areas of HR over the last 12 years Recruitment, Operations, Analytics, Automation, and Project Excellence. From 2015, he consulted with HR leaders to designs intuitive and dynamic dashboards for pertinent HR data needs. In 2018, he led the HR Metrics and Definitions team to standardize HR metrics for the company. In 2019, he managed the HR Workforce Insight team as they aim to empower HR professions and drive decisions through data. From 2020, he began focusing HR’s technology and collection efforts to produce a sustainable foundation that will enable future analytics, automation, and project excellence. He will focus on aligning HR initiatives with agile technology to drive business value and enhancing the employee experience.
Bruce has studied abroad in Japan and Thailand, developing an appreciation for new cultures and languages. His exposure to various cultures has been an asset for projects and his global roles.
Bruce received his Bachelor’s degree in International Studies from the University of Tennessee, Martin and an MBA with a focus in Service Marketing from the University of Memphis. He attributes earning his Eagle Scout and shadowing an Organizational Psychologist as a catalyst for his career interests in analytics.
Member at Large: Ryan Reetz
Ryan is a Manager of Organizational Research at AbbVie. In his role, Ryan operates as an internal consultant to leadership, leveraging research & analysis to guide decision-making though understanding what aspects of the employee experience enable a highly engaged, high performing workforce and foster an optimal culture.
Ryan’s experience spans a variety of roles across People Insights & Employee Research, Talent Management, Compensation, and Training & Development, and various industries including Bio-Pharma, Industrial Distribution, Manufacturing, and Insurance. Ryan is a doctoral candidate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Roosevelt University, holding a M.A. and B.A. from the same.
