Hi - I'm sharing information that was submitted through the PAC website contact form in case it's of interest to anyone. I'm not familiar with this organization; this is not an endorsement of any kind. ~Amy

Job Title: Linguist

Company: Memra Language Services

Hello, My name is Samantha Beaver; I live in the Greater Madison, WI area and am looking to get in touch with the leadership/managing board of the People Analytics Consortium. I am a linguist, which is the reason I'm reaching out. My company, Memra Language Services, is a language analytics laboratory that brings linguistic research techniques into traditional organizations to capture and analyze language-use for data-purposes. Critical questions such as: "How can we measure cultural changes?", "What is a systematic, scalable way to understand how people are thinking and feeling without surveying them?", and "What is inclusive language and how do we measure it (beyond pronouns)?" are answered and solved by Memra's approach. Memra transforms organizations and people by harnessing the technology they've always had at their disposal, but have never learned to use: language.  I want to connect with the PAC because starting in January of 2024, Memra will be offering clients and partners the opportunity to become "Memra Language Analysis Providers". This new designation will include lots of benefits, including the ability to use language analysis and language reporting in a white-labeled capacity for their own internal projects or to their own clients and partners.  I would love to speak at, collaborate with, and innovate as a partner with the People Analytics Consortium, while help organizations capture better data through every-day language use. Thank you in advance for putting me in touch with the right person!

Looking forward to setting up a mutually convenient time to chat,
