Measuring Customer Satisfaction / Net Promoter Score

Hi - My team recently implemented a quarterly survey of the HR professionals we serve. The main items is a Net Promoter Score question. We've completed two of these surveys and for both had 17% participation and a net promoter score of 50. I'm curious if anyone else has done something similar - or knows of benchmark information - and can share what you've seen? Thanks!
