Dow is considering conducting a broad HR metrics benchmarking exercise, and we're aware of PwC Saratoga as a good option. Are there other recommended benchmark vendors we should consider? We're not looking for a consulting engagement and metrics study, but rather a provider where we can share data and get a good set of benchmarks comparisons across all the varied HR topics - and that has global datasets. Any other tips on making this a valuable activity are welcome as well, thanks!

Very few free services that have been super insightful, but we've leveraged our gartner membership to get maturity and other HR benchmarks.

We also use Gartner membership for benchmarks, although respondents tend to be predominantly U.S./North America organizations. Due to this we've been purchasing Mercer data for the last few years which has better global inputs. It's ~$3,000 for access to a portal with movement and attrition benchmarks; data can be downloaded from the portal. Categories of information included are: Market Indicators, Employee Tenure, Turnover Rates, and Promotions.
