Hi All!
Wondering if there are any benchmark calculations and inputs to a cost per hire formula that people are leveraging. Some of the internal teams I'm supporting are working to define what all will be included in ours as inputs but have struggled to find benchmarks on what all is included. Gartner has a simple calc laid out but doesn't define all of the input costs.
